We all need help now and then, but homeschool veterans are busy people. Before you begin to ask questions, we suggest that you read at least one book on homeschooling, so that you know what questions to ask! Here are some resources to get you started. Some can be purchased from vendors on our Links page. You may also be able to find them through the Inter-Library Loan system. Ask your local librarian for assistance. If you need curriculum, you will find additional information at our Curriculum Resources page.

As you explore these books on homeschooling, note that each is written from a different perspective. Learn to recognize home school philosophies, and various methods. You know your children best, so you are the best person to decide what is right for your family. Individual children are as different as snowflakes, each with his or her own talents, interests, and learning styles. Homeschooling offers a unique and welcome opportunity to celebrate and explore that diversity that makes each of us unique. Most of the following homeschool and educational resources can be found, at discounted prices, at Christianbook.com. Eagle's Nest Homeschool is a Christianbook.com affiliate, and purchases help support the free resources at this web site.
